Conscious connected breathing is a modality of breathwork which allows for deeply stored emotions and trauma to be released. This is done by temporarily reducing activity in the frontal cortex of the brain making space for our natural intuition to rise. Everything we have pushed down, buried or protected ourselves from unconsciously is aloud to surface giving deeper understanding and clarity.

Born in Upstate New York and raised Quaker, Adrian has always found peace in the stillness and the sacred silence. He has spent most of his life traveling the world making art and now has turned his attention towards wellness and mental health. He lives in Zurich, Switzerland.
